Ida Ayu Ratna Pratiwi Manuaba or Ratna as her friends and colleagues call her is one of the 24 proficient Nikko Club Concierges who is always delighted in assisting every club guests. This 28 years old Balinese woman is interested in reading any kind of books, she is a fan of the classic novel ‘Gone with The Wind’ by Margareth Mitchell.

This month Nikko Club at Nikko Bali Resort & Spa will serve Macaron during afternoon high tea. Macaron is a traditional French pastry. Dating back to the 18th century, the macaron is made of egg whites, almond powder, icing sugar and sugar. This sweet pastry came out of the French courts’ baker’s oven as round meringue-like domes with a flat base. With special filling of chocolate ganache, macarone is the perfect partner to enjoy a coffee in Nikko Club Lounge.
